The first CD I bought - months before I bought a CD player.

Tina Turner - Private Dancer (1983)

Came as a gift from the dealer where I bought my first CD player ...

Meat Loaf - Live (1987)

My first "Meat Loaf" CD ... now standing between all his studio albums in my cd shelf.

Day 4

Carolyne Mas - Mas Hysteria (1980)

Given to me on tape in the early eigthies by a girlfriend of my sister ... took me a few years to understand this album ... but this is one of the best rock LPs of all time ...

Day 5

The Sisters of Mercy - A Slight Case of Overbombing (1993)

A band named after a Leonard Cohen song - and produced by Jim Steinman (the master mind behind the Bat out of Hell trilogy) ... in reality it was two Maxi CDs ("Temple of Love" and "More"), which let me discover this mastermind/drum computer duo (with guest singers and musicians on most tracks),
